The air smelled nice here.
Growing up in a home in the city, the forest had always been an exciting place for Ava to visit, with it's earthy scents and foreign noises from the trees and shrubs. The soft ground seemed to let her sink in with her armor, as she carefully treaded through the forest, minding where she stepped. "I wonder if there's anything really interesting out here.. like a giant ogre or a dragon or something cool like that.." she mumbled softly to herself eyes glancing around casually. She was no Da'Hal but somehow these woods had become familiar to her over the years since she's explored them, even against her parent's wishes. "Tch, I've been here for awhile and still nothing interesting," she said, suddenly stopping on a large, sturdy root that had erupted out of the ground. But to be honest.. every time she did come out her she never found anything but a few coins, a necklace and one time a monster when she was really young, but she screamed and ran before she even got a good look at it. Took her a week before she came back out here though. A sigh escaped her lips and she sat down on the root, looking at the sunlight that leaked through the dense growth overhead.
"Something interesting huh.." she mumbled slightly, kicking her legs over the edge.

Not too far off from the adventuring solo soul, laying up on a branch of one of the many trees surrounding the other female, is a peculiar individual who didn't know any better that she was not the only person here in this field. Escaping her throat through shut lips is a quiet hymn, what that leaks ancient mystery as it travels through the atmosphere. With one leg thrown over the other as her body lays out neatly on the branch, hands behind her head, Morrigan had ditched her robe to soak up some warmth of the sun she can get with some well-placed shade.
It's interesting how she always seems to be stumbled upon, somehow or another; she'll be displeased to find that, of course, this beautiful moment will soon have to come to an end - but for now, since she doesn't know, she'll continue to lay there and soak up the few good times she'll have in this long and miserable life of hers!

"A bird?"
The girls eyes flashed up to a near by tree curiously as a melody was flowing through the air. A soft little hymn has caught her attention and now a puzzled look had crossed her face. She couldn't think of any kind of bird that sang like that.. Oh! Maybe this is going to be her interesting thing that she finds! A grin spread across her face as she quickly began to run, jump and swing up branches as the song grew louder and louder.
"Hup!" she said, finally reaching the branch and quickly let her vision flicker to a.. girl? Slowly her facial expression changed from surprised, confusion, and then disappointment. "Pft maaaan, I was expecting some sort of exotic bird, not a naked girl." she said, slouching a bit now that it turned out to be a girl. "Too bad too bad!" she quickly turned her gaze away from the girl before pausing and turning back around. "Hey hey little girl, have you seen anything interesting around here lately?" Well since she was here, she might as well of asked her if she had seen anything.

Startled, to say the least, Morrigan nearly fell off the tree with all the peace that surrounded her vanishing into thin air. Great, she should have seen this coming; she knows she can never get away from everyone and enjoy things like this, she's best left in the dark recesses of the many caves she calls home.
Catching her breath, quickly orienting herself into an upright and awkward defensive position, those red eyes of hers stare into the other female's soul with a lot of hate - and I mean a lot. Where did the other get off calling her 'naked'? She isn't naked! Even if she was, why would it matter? Things like that never bothered her, things like that she could never understood; perhaps it's one of the reasons why she can't get along with these ingrates. Of course, that could be something amongst the real reason behind her contempt for the world.
Silence is all she bothers to give the other female. Nothing but silence and a nasty stare into the other's eyes. It's a real wonder, if the other one understood the other's language or not at this point.

She arched a white eyebrow at the girl who stared at her oddly. Uh well, she hadn't meant to intterupt her.. whatever she was doing but all she did was ask a question. She really didn't have to give such a nasty stare! So in retaliation she rolled her eyes and shrugged nonchalantly. "Whatever," she said, shooting her gaze else were, no longer interested in the girl, hoping to find something interesting in the higher trees. "If you don't wanna tell me I won't interrupt your attempts to pick up weirdos with your nude sunbathing." Honestly who sunbathes naked in the woods? She grinned again, at the girl before waving casually. "Bye bye little girl!" And with that, she casually hopped down off the branch and on to the forest floor, the hymn stuck in her head. Ava's lips parted as she whistled the tune, wondering if she could attract some sort of small animal and make it into lunch.

The twitch in her eyebrow could not be measured with words, just know it is simply as violent as they could possibly come! Infuriated with some new sense of the word, filling up in a lively sort of way, she effortlessly hops down from her branch - landing on her two feet with no effort whatsoever! "I am NOT sunbathing in the nude." she speaks abruptly, her voice escaping her throat awkwardly, a foot stomping down on the floor like a child throwing some sort of weird mediocre tantrum. "I'm wearing clothes. Are you blind?"

Ooooh so now she wanted to speak? Ava let out a small laugh and turned to the small girl throwing a tantrum. "Ah, is that so?" She began, putting a hand under her chin inspecting the girl from up and down. She was indeed clothed, probably something she had missed due to the fact she had only glanced at her, but once she caught sight of the girl partly naked she didn't exactly feel like looking anymore. She wandered over to the girl and lightly poked her in the chest before saying, "even if you weren't sunbathing naked it sure did look like it, and that's good enough for me!" She let out another light laugh before placing her arms behind her head. "Anyways, aren't there better places to sunbathe like near the sea?" Ava asked. You could hardly get any sun light in this forest aside the occasional light that did leak through.

Her face couldn't help but fluster up, turning a tinge redder with each passing moment, she couldn't hide it with her pale complexion. Her eyes show how startled she is for a moment before her composure is regained; she just didn't know what to make of this creature at all. Her flamboyant attitude, so care-free and happy, made Morrigan want to wring her throat until air could no longer fill the other with life. Such a morbid thought for such a seemingly innocent looking little girl.
Of course, she isn't little; she doesn't like being treated like a child one bit! Taking a step back, casually brushing the area of her chest off that the other came in contact with, she looks down at her own two feet for a moment before looking up at the other female once more. "I like the smell of trees. There is enough sun here." she speaks simply, yet so mechanically, as if she were inhuman - even for a nonhuman.

"Well well girlie, even with your nude sunbathing you aren't getting any tanner," she said matter-of-factly. She put her face really close with the girls, inspecting her for a moment before backing up slightly and saying. "Yeah, where have you been this whole time a cave?" Ava questioned, "you're as white as a ghost!" Even Ava, an obvious albino, wasn't even as pale as this girl. But she couldn't really blame the girl either. The way it smelled here was nice and refreshing compared to the gunk and rut of the kingdoms. With all that technology around it smelled like oil and coals, while the people put on too much perfume and make up, giving the city an authentic smell. "But it really is nice out here huh?" she said, using her hand to shield her vision from the sunlight that was leaking out and taking a glance around the forest. "Oh! Since you're talking now I'll ask you my question again." A mischievous look had found it's way to her face as she grinned, "Have you seen anything interesting around these parts while you were up there sunbathing half-naked?"

Morrigan didn't know what to say to Ava; the other isn't too far from the truth at all for that matter, it'd be disastrous for her to learn about just what she herself is really is - she keeps a tight lip about her vain remarks. Of course, she couldn't help but let show just how much her 'half-naked' comment irritated her more so by the ever-growing-violent twitch in her eyebrow continues to increase with each pass the other makes. Morrigan has half a mind to not even respond to this little bitch! Of course, since she's already talking, she just couldn't really bring herself to stop. "Nothing." she speaks simply without much else, her eyes looking around her like a scanner as if trying to pick up something that she might have missed the first time around. "There's nothing interesting anywhere." she continues to speak, her response sounding rather angsty!
When her eyes fall back on the female in front of her, Morrigan couldn't help but take in the other female's appearance. Their hair and eyes are rather similar, almost to a fault, and for some reason or another this allows her to even think for just a moment that she could fool herself into thinking the other is some how related to her. A childish concept strung together by a sickly desire to belong to something once more; it's hard, being the last of your kind that'll ever exist. No place, no home, no one to call her own; reality can be painful.
